Ark-H holds an impressive array of accreditations, which we work on with the help of the British Standards Institution. Our accreditation to ISO 9001, earned as long ago as 1998, demonstrates our total commitment to organisational quality. We also hold the environmental standard ISO 14001, and our data protection credentials were confirmed by ISO/IEC 27001.Ark-H’s Business Continuity Management is confirmed by our accreditation to ISO 22301.

Independent Audits
Ark-H is regularly audited by the British Standards Institution as part of our ISO accreditation. We also hold licences and accreditation from a range of other quality certification bodies including MHRA, Soil Association, SALSA, and others. In recent years we have become expert in remote/on-line audits, both financial/stock audits, as well as quality and SHE audits. We actively encourage our clients to undertake their own audits and we are happy to have been approved by some of the most respected companies in the world. References can be provided on request.
Sustainability & Ecological Supply Chain
As a company we have always been keen to protect our environment – hence our early accreditation to ISO 14001. We work with all our suppliers to source sustainable packaging, from paper tape and void fill, through recyclable plastics. We also work with our carrier networks to prioritise low carbon footprint on all our distribution. Led by our enthusiastic staff, all of whom want to save the planet, we have launched a new Green Fulfilment Initiative and are committed to Net Zero by 2050.
